Sam's place was perfect for what my family needed. It was incredibly spacious, had the base necessities and then some, and it was a fraction of the price that other surrounding Airbnb's and hotels were offering. We were incredibly happy with the value. I initially had a few questions leading up to the trip and Sam was very responsive and accommodating for my initial requests. Even though Sam was very hands off and we never met in person, I felt confident that she was available to us if needed and she communicated that to us frequently throughout the stay.

We enjoyed Sam's place, and will definitely be back again! It had great space, was clean, quiet (hope we were too 🙂), easy to find, and had steps down to our private entry. Her place had everything we needed! Sam was always repsonsive, and was great to work with. Thank you for also getting one of the air beds setup for us, before we arrived.

We enjoyed our stay here during a family Christmas trip to MN! The place was as described and clean. The host communicated well and we were able to check in and out easily. Wish we had come here in the summer when we could explore the property more 😊.

I believe the best compliment I can give about Sam's Place, is to say that I would reserve this location again and again. We were in Forest Lake visiting our grandkids and having a pre-Christmas Christmas with them. Sam's place was perfect. The unit is exceptionally nice with a large living room/dining room area. We especially appreciated the available coffee, creamer, tea and bottled water. Extra large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom complete with shampoo, conditioner and soap. In short, I'd give this location 6 stars if I could. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Great hosts! Clearly communicated and were very responsive to my questions. The place was clean and comfortable. If you’re in the area. I would recommend staying with them!
