The hut is very beautiful and it’s very nice to use a wood stove. Only problem is that the window was broken so I needed to physically go around the building to open it up. Since it was a wood stove this was an especially difficult aspect because I needed to manage airflow. Otherwise, the bathroom and kitchen facilities are both very nice and there weren’t any issues!

Peace and quiet on a really pretty piece of property with a vied ofthe mountain it was a cold day raining and snowing but I was pretty snug and toasty in my Yurt! Wood stove keep it plenty warm Bed was super comfy Loved the Sauna it was a nice little bonus. Kyle is super nice..... The communal washroom is spotless The communal kitchen was warm and stock full of amenities There is a charging station for your electronics, and extra lanterns too!

Both my son and I along with our dog had a quiet and cozy stay. Exactly the getaway we needed. The sauna was a nice touch. We’ll definitely be back soon

Wow, this is an exceptional stay! I was truly blown away by the beauty and serenity. The a-frame was cozy and romantic with stunning views, wood interior, and lovely wood fire which kept us very warm. We slept so well and the trails on the property, kitchen, and sauna were wonderful (I loved the view from the sauna!). And stunning trails at Minnewaska were a short drive away! Chelsea and Kyle were really welcoming (and their sweet dog!) and I loved hearing about about their amazing work uplifting artists in NYC and at the artists residency. They are fantastic artists and their art and eye for beauty were evident across the property. I can’t wait to visit Chelsea’s theater in St Mark’s and to return to this special place!
