Newly renovated private dwelling with queen bed in master bedroom and full pull out sofa in living room. Peaceful and convenient with a full kitchen, washer and dryer and pet friendly fenced in back yard with a fire pit and grill, perfect for small gatherings and relaxing summer evenings. hosts are a short driving distance across the property and are happy to help with any need that arises but will not be in your space. The entire space is available to guests and includes a master bedroom, full bathroom, living area, full dine in kitchen, private fenced in back yard and a deck.

Outstanding location, wonderful hosts! Made the extended stay for and my dogs relaxing while we finished up house hunting. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Unfortunately, we did not have the 5 star stay that the other reviews raved about. We encountered many problems during our stay. Fredy is pretty responsive and tried to take care of most of them. The hot water works extremely well for about 10 minutes. There was a rodent issue during our stay. The home does not have radiant heating as listed in the home details. Heating is provided by 2 electric fire place inserts. A/C is 2 window units. There is a 20 lane shooting range less than 20 yards from the home not in the listing.

We are not only near some beautiful attractions such as Montpelier and downtown Fredericksburg but we are near some conveniences as well. We have a dollar general only 4 minutes away and a Walmart, Sheetz and many fast food and dine in restaurants within 15 minutes.

Parking at our property is free and we have no limit on the number of vehicles so if guests choose to have company over, there is plenty of room for parking. Though we have many bicyclists on our street, we recommend driving to any destination.
