A lovely resort, right in the heart of palm cove with all the essentials that you need. The studio room is compact, but comfortable and very clean.

A lovely stay at Alassia Palm Cove. Check in was a little disorganized as I hadn’t received any email confirmation until the day of (after I phoned). There was a mix up as we were given incorrect keys to our apartment. All in all the apartment was nice and cool given the climate in FNQ. Communication was fine with hosts and we enjoyed our stay. As for the amenities of the hotel, there could do with some upkeep around the premises. The pool, bbq and toilet facilities were very poorly kept. We were there for four days in total and did not see one member of staff. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom outside for the entire time we were there which was a little annoying.
