Tastefully decorated, very clean, well-heated and comfortable house. Well equipped kitchen. A coffee machine would be a bonus although there is a cafetiere. Information and instructions folder very helpful. Large garage but space in front of it is only big enough for a small car. Great location. Ideal for town centre, restaurants. We did two coastal walks starting from the house. Agatha Christie's Summer home not far by car. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay.

A gorgeous property which is very well equipped and very well decorated. The master bedroom at the top of the house is fab!! The location is excellent- 10 min walk to Brixham harbour. Something little things you may find useful- Marsdens Devon Cottages don’t check messages quickly in Airbnb so if you need to contact them you need to ring them. There is only one tea towel, bin bag and dish washer tablet so take your own also no salt and pepper etc. The property is on 3 levels and in April there was no sun on the balcony as it’s at the back of the property. All that said we would visit again.

Absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful views over the marina, we’ll decorated, everything you need! We had 2 range rovers and they both fit on the drive which was brilliant. The bests were really comfy and the location was perfect! We loved it, we’ll definitely be back :) thanks for a great stay!
