Good place, very central, just a 10 minutes walk away from the heart of the city. Very close to restaurants and other shops. The location couldn't be better. The place itself is clean, comfortable, the room is a bit small, but okay for a short-term stay.

Roy and Joice are great hosts. Roy especially was very communicative, and responsive. There was never a fuss or hassle about anything. The space is so well located, and walkable to all the beautiful places of fort kochi, and to some really good food places too like Fort Paragon, Mary's Kitchen (recommended by Roy which I went 3 times) and also Pandhal (David Hall). Although it is located in a very touristy place, but Roy's house is secluded and built in a way that it feels very peaceful and far away from all that noise. Would definitely come again. Great place and great hosts. For an additional Rs. 300/day, they even provide A/c.

I have stayed in Airbnb's in US and across Europe and this was by far my best experience. The host, Mr Joice treated me like his own. He let me check in 4am in the morning without hesitation, helped me with hiring auto, laundary (who does that, no one!) But he indeed went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The location is on spot, in middle of fort kochi and walkable distance from all tourist spot and cafes. Book it without a second thought.

Beautiful place. Value for money. Host is very friendly and will go out of the way to help you. Surroundings are green and surrounded by good restaurants. The place is near the major attractions in the fort Kochi.
