Nicely presented family villa, si located central to resort areas and facilities, only a 5 minute walk. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located Villa. Great water views, Stroll out of the villa across the lawn direct to the beach . A bedroom with a bunk area upstairs, sleeps 6 guests comfortably. Kitchen has a gas stove top, microwave, no oven in this villa, plenty of cooking utensils and crockery in the kitchen, Family size fridge/freezer. Linen packs are included in this booking such as: (Sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels). Beach and pool towels are not provided in the linen pack. Tenants are required to provide their own toiletries. Soap, washing powder and additional toilet rolls beyond the initial supply of one per toilet are not supplied with the property. BRINGING A 4WD: As Moreton Island is a sand Island (3rd largest in the world) the only vehicles that operate on the Island are 4WD. Providing your vehicle is a 4WD, you can drive it on the island as all the tracks on the island are built for 4WD vehicles only. It is not recommended to bring an All-Wheel Drive vehicle across as they are too low for adequate ground clearance of the tracks. The MiCat vehicle and passenger Ferry from Howard Smith Drive, Lytton at the Port of Brisbane to the Tangalooma Wrecks is the only vehicle Ferry operating between Brisbane and Tangalooma, therefore early bookings are essential NO 4WD: If you will not be bringing a 4WD vehicle to the Island you will need to catch the Tangalooma Resort Passenger Launch which departs from Holt Street Wharf, Pinkenba and travels to the Tangalooma Resort Jetty at least twice daily. A gated car park is available at Holt St. Wharf for a fee. Bookings are essential. Please refer to the Tangalooma Resort website for further details and charges. WE DO RECOMMEND WHEN BOOKING ACCOMMODATION, YOU ALSO BOOK YOUR FERRY AT THE SAME TIME, OTHERWISE YOU MAY MISS OUT ON A FERRY SPOT OR GET A VERY EARLY LATE TIME OF ARRIVAL WHICH MAY BE AN INCONVENIENCE FOR YOU. GUESTS NAMES FOR SECURITY: Prior to arriving, we do require ALL guest’s full names, (first and last names) to be provided, as we are required as an agent to provide these details to Tangalooma Resort for security purposes. As the resort area is now closed to non-resort guests, if you or your guests are not on the resort security/guests list, and are stopped by a security guard or duty manager at any time, you can be denied any access to the resort, making for an unpleasant holiday at Tangalooma. DAMAGES: If any damages occur during your stay, we will then request to Airbnb up to One thousand Dollars from your provided bond or credit card. If any damages do incur at the property during your stay, it is the best practice to advise us immediately, not after you have vacated. DOLPHIN FEEDING: The dolphin feeding experience is not included in any stay at this property. The property is privately owned and therefore not in the actual resort accommodation allowing guests free dolphin feeding. Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is not included with this property. You can log on to Tangalooma Resort Wi-Fi as a Tangalooma guest, where you will need to agree to the Terms and Conditions. Once logged in you will receive 200mb data free per device per day. If you require extra data, you can go back into the initial set up and buy more data if you wish. CANCELLATIONS: If you are unable to travel to or from Moreton Island because Barge, Ferry or Launch services are cancelled due to severe weather no refund will be given.
