This place is perfect! Close to turn each. Close to restaurants and bars. Close to CVS and Walgreens’s. Everything is within walking distance.

The location is great and the outside patio is really nice to sit and relax. It’s so close to multiple yummy restaurants, the marina, grocery stores/pharmacies, and of course the beach. The beds are comfy. Clearwater is really walkable and bikeable, and ultimately we had a really great stay. Unfortunately the hot water wasn’t working when we arrived and they had to replace the whole water unit which occurred right at the time that we needed to get ready for a rehearsal dinner we were attending, so we ended up having to find an alternative shower arrangement after some frustrating communication with the host. Also, the kitchen could be better stocked as there was not a pot large enough to cook our soup which we bought groceries for since there was supposed to be a fully stocked kitchen.

This place is great! 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach and lots of restaurants and shops. The place is very clean with a nice back yard to sit in. I would love to come back and stay at this location again. Host was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Very very happy!

We had a blast staying Beach Time! It truly is the perfect location with the cutest spots and really fun restaurants and bars all around the area. We were able to walk to the beach and it was convenient to everything we needed. The place was the perfect size, no one felt on top of each other, and the layout was great for us to just hang out after a long day. Joanie was also so easy to communicate with and made everything simple and enjoyable. Would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future!

Location was amazing for spring break! My daughter and her sorority sisters had a blast! The space was roomy enough for eight and had a nice large kitchen with a great outside area for breakfast, drinks or dinner. Just a quick walk to the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants. Communication with the host was also amazing...very quick response! Would highly recommend!
