Wonderful place to stay. Great location. Staff is kind and extremely helpful. Definitely recommend this place. Very family friendly, too.
We absolutely loved our stay at The Avalon. The descriptions were on target, the views were incredible. The staff was extremely accommodating. The beach was fabulous. The conveniences given such as beach chairs and coolers were so helpful. We can’t say anything bad about our stay, we were so pleased. I would highly recommend and will definitely return.
Pasamos unos hermosos dias. Justo nos toco feo clima, mucho viento y agua fria pero aprovechamos para visitar otros lugares y descansar. El servicio fue excelente y respondieron rapidamente a nuestras necesidades. El personal muy amable. El departamento muy comodo, las camas super confortables y la cocina muy bien equipada.
This was our 2nd stay at the Avalon & we’ll be back. Gorgeous spotless condos on a beautiful beach, walking distance to some very good restaurants & activities.
Highly recommended! The condo was relatively new construction with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The view of the water was unobstructed from the 6th floor, but it was unclear to me from the listing and pictures that there was a relatively small parking lot between the condo building and the beach. The pool on the fifth floor of the building was relatively small, but with the beach so close, we had no interest in a pool. The furniture was minimal, but highly functional. The kitchen was not well appointed for cooking, but had enough to cook a basic breakfast. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only difficulty is that there is only parking for one vehicle and no options were presented for longer term parking other than parking on the street with a 5 hour limit other than 11 PM to 6 AM. We renewed our parking time continuously, but still got a ticket as we had not moved the vehicle to a different zone. Numerous restaurants within walking distance was a welcome surprise!
