Pictures thankfully portray the house accurately, so no surprises there. We had an issue with an exterior door not staying closed during the first night, but after texting the management team, they had it resolved the next day. Construction of a new home next door was active even on Saturday morning, but that is a temporary nuisance and won’t be an issue for renters in the future. Secluded neighborhood was a pleasant surprise. Overall, the home was clean, as advertised, and roomy enough to accommodate our family’s needs for the days we were there.

My friends and I loved our stay. The view was beautiful from the backyard. The place has lots of open areas to chill. We would come again!

Overall the stay was great. The grill was very nice and easy to use. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need and then some. The home was very clean. Location was great. Very peaceful and private. The sound was great for swimming as the water was very shallow. Short drive to Navarre public beach access and Navarre pier. The ceiling fans in the guest bedrooms however were very squeaky and off center which made sleeping difficult some nights due to the noise they made. We will definitely be back to Navarre. Overall, the home was a pleasant place to stay.

Our stay here was great. Water access to the bay and fishing dock was a nice getaway and alternative from the gulf. Saw lots of wildlife. House was roomy and comfortable. Bedrooms were extremely hot making it hard to get comfortable. Bathrooms were super dirty when arriving. Hair sand dirt all over the floors. 9 total roaches/bugs during our stay that we saw running around. One was in our bed crawling around. No grill was on the property. A new one was dropped off with no propane tank. I reached out to see if we could get one giving the fact that we had purchased grilling groceries I was told someone might bring one never heard about it again.
