Our three families greatly enjoyed our stay! The porches that joined the two units had plenty of comfortable furniture and were a gathering place. Though just one street over from a main road, we felt like we were in a quiet place but a very easy walk to the beach, with a crosswalk right where we needed it. The units were exceptionally clean. The space was set up well for eating/hang out time and the beds were comfortable. Caleb was very easy to work with. Worth noting, because I didn't feel like it was made clear on the listing...the pool is a great size and has a nice sun/shade balance BUT it is located at and shared with the property next door, just a few steps away. The other house used the pool very little so it didn't affect us much, the posted 9-9 pool hours was maybe a bigger deal because the little ones wake up ready to jump in and the teens like to swim late (they all survived;)). It was a relaxing, hassle-free time away and we made good memories!

Having rented vacation homes for >30 years, Caleb’s home is definitely in my top 3. We rented both sides and had guests from 2 to 80 years old. The home(s) are spotless, comfortable and well-stocked. Communication with Caleb was excellent. He thought of everything to make guests comfortable. Golf carts are a useful and fun addition. Beach is beautiful and pool is large. My 5-year old granddaughter cried when she left. Definitely will return.

First time at Indian Rocks Beach !! Beach is perfect and wonderful for children. All 14 of us stayed in two units and had plenty of room for all. The units were decorated beautifully and were filled with everything we needed. Toys, games, beach gear and on top of that two, three person golf carts to cruise in!!! Thank you Caleb for a wonderful spring break!! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!!

Absolutely an amazing place to stay. We loved using the golf carts and all the beach items included. It’s near tons of restaurants, so close to the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, having booked this listing for a one week family reunion involving 11 people, 3 generations, and ages from infant to 73. It is modern and well maintained. A very short walk to a beautiful Gulf Coast beach and close enough to shopping and restaurants. Caleb has worked hard to set this up and equip it as a great place for families. We booked the 2 side-by-side units and it turned out to be ideal as we could have a lively gathering on one side and a quiet place for children’s naps on the other. Going back and forth on the covered porch was easy. Caleb was in close contact throughout our stay and very responsive when we had a minor mechanical issue (quickly solved). We would highly recommend this place for larger families needing space for a wonderful beach vacation.
