Lovely spot---our group stayed here during some research meetings at Brown. Not far from the station, and just a short walk up the hill!

We stayed at Hilary's place for 3 nights while in Providence for a wedding. It's very conveniently located. There were 6 of us, using 3 bedrooms. The beds were very varied in softness, so we each found the ones that worked for us. The apartment is very clean and neat, and the town is very walkable. We would have been better off without our cars, as you have to pay to park, and it can get pricey. If I were to go again, I would move to metered parking over night (free), and just move the car, or pay the meter by 8 am. There was no trash can for the kitchen, and no directions what to do with our trash, so we made do, but that would be helpful. There was also no mirror in one of the bathrooms, which I assume is a temporary thing, as it shows a mirror in the photos. It was kind of inconvenient, as we were all getting ready for a wedding, but there are mirrors in most of the bedrooms. We had a wonderful stay and would love to stay again if in the area.

Had a little hiccup getting in, but Hilary was extremely responsive and made our stay an enjoyable one. Location is prime downtown and close to anything you need. Highly recommend
