We had a great time, the place is wonderful and located in a very nice neighborhood. What can go wrong if you have a firepit, a bbq grill and a jacuzzi?! Dave is a fantastic host, very responsive and always helpful. We will come back and have already recommended this house to friends!

We were very happy with our stay. The neighborhood and home were beautiful and well maintained. All the facilities were as described, and was great for a family gathering. The host was very responsive to the few inquiries we had before and during our stay.

Great host and house was exactly what we needed for our stay during the Fasig Tipton sale during the race meet. Plenty of room to accommodate everyone plus some. Back patio was a wonderful place to hang out, plenty of room in the driveway. Beds were comfortable, linens and everything provided.

Dave was an incredible host. So much so, we stayed at his place for four months! He was extremely generous and was such a pleasure to rent from.
