To start with not impressed with picking up keys 15 km from the apartment, when arrived there felt disappointed, lots of let downs at the accommodation but must rectified by concierge. Dirty kitchen utensils, bed sheet with hairs, iron base dirty, shutter at living room broken, bathroom clogged and so on. Needs maintenance. Fairly recommended...

I have mixed feelings. On the beginning they were helpful - we had early check in. The flat is matching with photos but amount of the mold is scary ! In the bathroom on the ceiling, bedrooms - in the corners, on the main wall! The curtains were with mold as well... I have asthma so this is my main issue because of that my breathing issue was worst... On the first day I texted to the host telling that bathroom is clogged ( that must have been done before us), roller blind is broken and I didn't get any respond. Overall the flat was fine, modern but they didn't take care of it. The standard could be much better because this place has a potential for sure. The neighbourhood is lovely!

It‘s a very good apartment in a brilliant location. It’s as described, has plenty of space and is well equipped. There was never personal contact with the host, the keys had to be picked up in Albufeira from a key box. However, problems seem to be quickly addressed via chat. Minor inconveniences: - The kitchen utensils were not like absolutely spotless and there was no sponge or anything to clean them with apart from the dish washer. - The walls have mysterious black stains in various places. They don‘t seem to be unhygienic but it‘s not clear what they are. Still, great stay and great apartment, would definitely come back.
