As the name suggests, this adorable home has spectacular views of the Indian Peaks Wilderness, Rocky Mountain National Park, and Golden Gate Canyon State Park on it's own acre of land near Nederland, CO. The upper deck offers views of the mountains and a gas fire pit, while the lower sports a luxurious 7 person hot tub essential to the high mountain experience! Located just 50 minutes W of Denver, come escape the city life at our relaxing mountain retreat! The space is a thoughtfully furnished 1,600 square-foot home with 3 bedrooms, a futon, one full bath, and one half bath. Downstairs: - The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to do some of your own cooking. We have a large fridge and oven that can easily accommodate large groups. - The living room has a gas fireplace and flat screen TV (Netflix and Hulu included), and queen sized futon. There are also a variety of board games and instruments available for guests to use during their stay! - The downstairs bedroom has a comfy queen sized bed and closet. - There is a large deck with a luxurious 7 person hot tub and a multi-burner gas grill. Upstairs: - The Master Bedroom has an ultra comfy king sized mattress, closet, and dresser. - The open bedroom shares space with the upstairs common area, and includes a full size bed and armoire. Snag this bed to catch the sunrise across the snowy peaks in the distance! - The common room upstairs has a study nook great for remote work, with views of the granite walls of Golden Gate Canyon. Relax in the rocking chair to take in the mountains in the daytime, or watch the gas fireplace through the night. - The upper deck faces the mountains - the perfect spot to feel the wind in the hair and the sun on your face! For the nature lover, there are plenty of outdoor activities! Fishing at Dude's Hole 8 minutes away, world-class hiking and climbing in Golden Gate Canyon State Park and Arapahoe-Roosevelt National Forest, mountain biking near Black Hawk, skiing at Eldora Ski Resort, and disc golf at the Wondevu Disc Golf Course. For the history buffs, the historic towns of Central City and Nederland are only 20 minutes away, along with the ghost town of Nevadaville. And for the lucky, the casinos at Black Hawk are just 15 minutes south.
