Our stay at Kelly’s house was fantastic. We enjoyed the long weekend in Callicoon, and the house was in a great location ~1-2 minute drive into downtown and nearby many nice restaurants and hiking trails. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard/front porch and room to roam around the house. Everything at the house was described perfectly and we had great communication before/during/after our stay. Would definitely recommend and we would love to come again!

My husband & I, our dog, and another couple had the best time at Kelly's house. It was super clean, comfortable and cozy, and perfect for a group. The backyard off the master is perfect for a dog. We loved that it was fenced in up into the woods so our pup could run around safely. It was just about 1 mile into town which was super convenient, and a short drive to other local attractions and restaurants. To top it all off, Kelly was so responsive, helpful and accommodating throughout. We will definitely be back!

We spent our family Christmas at Kelly’s cottage. It was fantastic! We loved the decorations and enjoyed cozy night by the fire with our dog and our kids. The whole family enjoyed s’mores outside while our dog explored the yard. Felt right at home and was already decorated for Christmas (all we had to bring was our stockings!). Would definitely book again!

Kelly’s place is fantastic! Beautifully decorated and placed in a really convenient location in Callicoon. Really appreciated all her great recommendations too. Would recommend and hope to stay again!
