Unfortunately, my experience at Ebin's place was terrible. After booking Alen, the manager at the property called us and asked us if we needed access to the kitchen. We informed him that we did. When we reached, Alen told us that there was an apartment on the ground floor, which was ready, but the kitchen wasn't functional, and if we insisted on the kitchen we'd have to wait for an hour before we got the place on the first floor. As it was midnight, we took the apartment on the ground floor. The bed sheets had stains, which we made Alen change, and he mentioned that the apartment hadn't been used for a month. There was a moldy smell that was unhygienic. The blanket hadn't been washed for god knows how long. The bathroom floor mats were filthy, and we had to pay INR40 for 2 bottles of water.

Had a wonderful experience at ebin's place. Very peaceful and calm surroundings. Overall it was great. Hoping to visit again soon.

Good budget homestay far from city hustle. Not easy to find for tourist but host always ready to help. Overall a good experience

I had a very pleasant and peaceful stay in Shalom Palace . Bedroom, Bathroom and surroundings were very clean and tidy. Very friendly and well behaved hosts, Ebin and family. Wishing Shalom Palace all the very best and looking forward to stay there in the future.
