Enjoy Glamping in our 34’ motorhome either out & about at places like Martinez Lake/ Fishers Landing, Mittry Lake, the Sand Dunes, & other local areas or on our property for additional utility fees. Great place for river goers, dove hunters, & short term needs in & around Yuma & local recreation sites. There is a Queen size bed in the bedroom. The couch & dining table also makes into full size beds. The queen & full beds have mattress toppers. Manual jacks will be used until we fix hydraulics. This is a 34' 1 bedroom motor home that will comfortably sleep 4. You can have possibly 5 or 6 total but sleeping arrangements could be tight. There is a Queen bed in the bedroom. The couch pulls out to a full and can sleep 2 adults. Both beds have mattress toppers. The dining table also makes into a bed for up to 2 smaller people.

Great people to work with very responsive.
Jeff was very friendly if we needed anything he was always there. He has dogs which we were told, but the first night of our stay the dogs barked almost all night. We told Jeff and he moved them to a location where we could not be bothered anymore by the dogs. His motorhome was clean, but may need to update the cooking pots that were there. Other than that it was good.
Jeff & Christine were very accommodating with delivering & picking up the RV at our location of choice. This enabled us to stay at the same park with family members who winter in Yuma. They are also great communicators with prompt answers. They provided all the necessities for kitchen & bath plus game activities & playing cards! We will definitely use these hosts again! Cheri Smith
Camper was wonderful. Cozy and comfortable. Bed was soft. Linens are cozy and clean. There is a coffee maker and cups. Not much else so plan accordingly. I would not recommend staying on site. If the owner is available to move the camper elsewhere then this is a fantastic rental. The listing does not make it clear if you can take the camper off his property but you cannot. Just be aware he has the camper parked right next to his house where 3 dogs stay outside and bark constantly. The owners are accommodating and wonderful hosts. So just talk with them. They put the dogs inside for our second night which was wonderful. Don’t plan on cooking meals unless you bring your own kitchen supplies. There is not much in the camper. I did not see a grill and the outside is all sand. Overall for the price it was fine. We went for the balloon festival but didn’t see one balloon in the air (due to winds) so it was a bust. Not sure why anyone would voluntarily go to Yuma.
Jeff motor home was perfect for our stay in Yuma for our boys hockey tournament. Jeff went out of his way to deliver to the park for us and had the place ready to go upon our arrival. Will for sure utilize his RV again when we are back next year.

For those that choose to use our motorhome on our property, full disclosure that we live in the county on 4 acres in a neighborhood of 2 acre minimum properties right next to the Barry Goldwater Bombing Range (better known as P-111) with 28sq miles of open desert for everyone to enjoy. The desert is a fun place to shoot guns, burn fires, ride your 4x4s, ATVs, side by sides, etc. This is public land used by everyone all hours of day and night. We have farm animals on our property as well as dogs.
With that said, there will be noise from our animals, our neighbors animals, and the desert activity around us.
