This was our second stay at Meg’s place, and we were extremely pleased the second time around. Place is beautiful and walkable to the beach with a wonderful warm pool in the back. Neighbourhood is quiet and close to great amenities. Meg is a fabulous host, very responsive and helpful. We will be back again soon! Thanks, Meg!

Meghan checked in with us multiple times to make sure everything was okay. She also let us check in a couple of hours early so I really appreciated her flexibility. The house was great and we loved the pool.

I cannot say enough positive words about Meg's place. We do 3 airbnb vacations every year and this house was by far the most deserving of a 5 star review. It exceeded every expectation we had, from the cleanliness, to an early check-in, thorough communication, every amenity you could ask for & more. The quality of the home, furniture, beach & pool gear were also solid. The location was incredible- a very quick bike ride or short walk to the beach, very safe neighborhood, Publix just down the road, etc. The pool area was clean, spacious & well equipped with tons of pool toys, 4 loungers & a wonderful covered cabana and couch area. The front outdoor space with the grill and dining table is where we ate all our meals and still felt very private from the road due to the quiet street and the privacy wall. Meg was incredibly helpful with any requests, questions or recommendations of the area. Everyone was so sad to leave, as Meg's place was truly a wonderful stay and we hope to be back!

Meg's place was perfect for our stay. The kitchen is well outfitted with everything you need. The building was in tip-top condition. The home was well decorated and very comfortable. The pool area was always sunny and private. The home came equipped with plenty of beach gear (chairs, coolers, wagon, umbrella, towels, bikes). The proximity to Vanderbilt Beach, Mercato, and Highway 41 was fantastic. Meg was super helpful and responsive. A great experience.
