Nichole’s place was so comfy, clean and cozy. It was clean and well decorated. I loved it. Even had time to enjoy the fire pit. Loved being so close to town. I will stay here again!!!

Great location! The backyard is amazing, fun place to stay with kids or without! Nichole answers any questions or concerns immediately. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Hico!

Great house for a family! There was a lot for the kids to do. The back yard is amazing and a great hang out space!! House is spacious and clean with a lot of amenities. We would go back!
