Acorn Cottage is a brilliant place to stay in the New Forest. It is in a great location, right in the centre of the national park but felt very quiet and peaceful. The cottage was absolutely spotless upon our arrival, Nicky had messaged earlier in the day to let us know that it was ready early. We met Nicky on our arrival day and she was really helpful and friendly, particularly welcoming for our 5 year old daughter (thank you for introducing us to Hugo!). We would highly recommend staying in the cottage and we will certainly be returned soon!

We had such a great stay in this cottage, it is beautifully located in the New Forest, with wild horses on your doorstep and a beautiful big sunny garden. The cottage had everything we needed, a well equipped kitchen, wood burner and very comfy beds. Nicky was a friendly host. We can definitely recommend this cottage and would love to come back.

Excellent little cottage with a great outdoors space. Very quiet and peaceful, fantastic dark skies at night. Nicky was very responsive and sorted out our issues. In the middle of the New Forest with lots of things to do and explore.

Great location, comfortable cottage with lovely views from the garden picnic benches. Really good communication with Nicky and a nice welcome pack was waiting for us. We would definitely consider staying here again, there are so many different walks to do in the vicinity, and we did not manage to see all the sights.
