Great big house with plenty of space, rooms and areas for a large group. Our group was entirely pleased with location, size and layout.

The rooms were great and the TV and pool rooms really delighted the children. The grounds were immaculate and access to the house was easy. The road beside the house was incredibly busy but the traffic did die down at night, so we weren't bothered by it after we put the kids to bed. Loved the ice cream sand right around the corner and the amenities of Naples were easy to get to.

A great place to accommodate a large group that also wants the ability to have their own space when needed. Eric was very responsive and communicative. The location was great, and we would love to come back again in the future!

Our group had a wonderful stay at the Bove House, and would definitely come back! The inn is huge and is great for a large group. Location is awesome - close to the water and a few restaurants, the marina, and grocery stores. There is a theater room, a bar area, a game area and other interesting nooks and dens that make for a great vacation!

This was a great space for our large family gathering this summer - so much room for everyone! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need and the entire house was air conditioned which was great since it was 90+ degrees the entire time we were there. The theater room, pool table, ping pong and games were great for teens and adults both! Having the lake close by was also really nice. We brought our boat and jet skis and were able to enjoy both on Long lake and Sebago. The property is very close to a small downtown area that has quite a bit of traffic and activities. Being within walking distance to stores and restaurants is not a bad thing but if you are expecting it to be secluded...it is not. Would recommend!
