Passcode was wrong on the air bnb when I arrived but thankfully the owner was there to help! Unfortunately she was still cleaning thinking air bnb had check-in an hour later than listed. I left and she cleaned for 1.5 hours later than listed check-in. I finally came back and the smells in the home (frebreeze, pet smells), forced me to request a refund and leave, and to find a different place to stay. This is definitely a lived-in home with things everywhere in the closets, fridge, and other spaces you’d expect there would be room for your stay. This whole experience was stressful and unexpected. However, the owner’s communication was wonderful and she seemed a kind person.

I needed a place to stay, knew I would be getting in later and leaving early in the morning. The place was clean and comfortable. I recommend for anyone passing through to look Chona up.
