Superb great host great location very clean and new furniture throughout comfy beds great hot water all shops and bars seconds away I have no downs on this place at all, People have said it was a noisy place I didn’t find that an issue, Thanks Godfrey 👍

Great place to stay

The apartment is as described and very clean and comfortable, it’s in a central location so easy to find and the check in was super smooth and easy. Godfrey was super helpful and sent all the information as soon as the booking was made, and he was very friendly and proactive and made sure to check via message if everything was ok. The few reviews on here mention noise so I was a bit worried but it was very quiet, there’s some regular small town street noise but that’s expected, the only way it could be quieter is if it was in the countryside and there was no houses around. All in all a perfect stay

First the good, very responsive and courteous host. The bad, unit is on a very noisy and well lit street. The light blocking curtains are too small for the windows and windows are thin, it is very difficult to sleep. Additionally there is constant noise of pounding feet somewhere in the adjacent units at all hours of the night. Unit really needs maintenance and owner should think hard about removing the furniture that clearly doesn’t fit in the small space, or came from a street bazaar. Refrigerator is broken, washing machine left my clothing in less then clean/rinsed condition, locks are either no working or in disrepair on multiple doors. The fire alarm in the building (not inside unit) went off at 3:30am my 2nd of 3 nights and howled for 10min for no apparent reason. I can keep going, but that is a summary. The host was very nice, I will not be staying here again even though I am in town a few times a year for work.
