My partner and I had a pleasant stay at Cyn and Bill’s Air Bnb. The living room and other rooms were clean and the bed is very comfortable as well as the pillows + the comforter. Nice shower and comfortable towels. Appreciated the quiet location and free Nespresso coffee in the morning with half and half. Liked that the location was walking distance to Church Street and the river fronts/boardwalk . It was easy checking in to the apt once we figured out which building it was entering at night. We were not warned earlier about the Wasps nesting outside the balcony and exit staircase. In the morning when leaving the room a few got in the room. Fortunately they did not bite us and stayed by the windows near the kitchen and living room window area. But it did not make us feel safe hanging around the apt. When I called Bill and left a message. There were no reply from them. Which we thought kind of odd. Felt like we were on our own to deal with and sharing the space with the wasps.

This was perfect for our stay. It was actually even better than I thought it would be from the pictures (rain showers was excellent). The host was gracious and the property had a gorgeous private lawn available and it was a perfect location close to the downtown area. I look forward to staying here again.
