Weekend in Cambridge with friends - the apartment is well situated for walking to the centre of Cambridge. Nice little Turkish restaurant a couple of doors down and a cute little pub next door.

The location is the best part about this flat. There aren't many three bedroom flats in the heart of Cambridge. The park behind the flat is great for small kids. The bar next door is loud until around 10 or 11. It does get very quiet after it closes, and the back bedroom is quieter and ok for kids who sleep earlier. The flat is clean but pretty basic. Bring your tea and coffee, etc.

We were looking for a centrally located budget option for a group trip to Cambridge and Guy's apartment didn't disappoint. The rooms were spacious, well furnished, well decorated and clean. We didn't make much use of the kitchen but it had everything you might need including a washing machine. The beds were comfortable and adequate for our short stay. The central heating was easy to set and warmed up quickly. The only rooms which were a little dated and in need of some attention were the bathroom and toilet, but sufficient for a brief visit. Communication was straightforward and Guy provided all the information we needed in a timely manner. We had no need to contact him with any problems.
