You will be close to everything at this centrally-located home. We are 1.8 miles from Beaver Stadium. Easy walk to downtown. We are one block from campus. This is a 4 BR, 1 BA home. Can sleep 9 to 10 people. One off street parking spot is available with more parking available off property. Enjoy use of full kitchen with stocked coffee bar. Large outdoor space may be available for on-site tailgating for an additional charge. Please inquire. If you need additional nights, please reach out. Cozy and close to everything! 20 minute walk to Beaver Stadium and 15 minute walk to College Ave/downtown. Easy access to shopping.

Such a cute place!! It was perfect for our friends’ weekend away. Everything was exactly as shown and Shannon was super nice and quick at responding. Definitely recommend.

The house was exactly as described and Shannon was VERY responsive and friendly. Easy walking distance to downtown and the campus/stadium. Perfect for our 7 guests and very clean and organized. Definitely would recommend and stay again. Thank you Shannon!

My family and I had a wonderful time visiting State College. The house was wonderfully comfortable with plenty of room for all of us. The house was perfect for us to get together and enjoy our time together. Shannon was thoughtful when she responded and her coffee bar was exceptional. We will absolutely return in our future.

Its an overall quiet home. The area is a combination of full time residentsand student housing. The location can'tbe beat when it comes to Penn State and State College events. We regularly walk or uber to downtown for some time out. We love being able to walk to games and not having to deal with traffic after gametime.

出行信息

Although a car is necessary to get here, you can technically park it when you arrive and not move again until you check out. We have a bus stop located right outside the home. Ubers are numerous and many attractions are within an easy walk.
