We had a lovely stay - very peaceful and the dogs loved it. The cottage was very spacious and the kitchen had every gadget you might need. Our host Mandy was very helpful and even managed to repair the night before's storm damage before we arrived! Girls especially loved the hot tub which was very easy to operate.
Really lovely place.. Nice quiet.. Well worth a stay.. Good size.. Plenty of space.. Great walks..
The only negative was the farmers dog came to the house constantly and nipped our dog, which in turn was terrified of it even though the poor thing just wanted to play but not keen on our dog
Nice quiet cottage - perfect with the hot tub. Great they are dog friendly but good to note the garden is not secure so they are free to roam. The neighbouring propertie's dogs also visit (all friendly) but obviously be aware if your dog isn't good with others or members if your party aren't. Property wasn't lacking lacking in anything and we had a lovely visit.
the cottagewas well equipped the heating is controlled bt the host, we found it cold ,the host did respond by putting it on 24/7 ,but it could have been a few degrees higher ,especially as the weather was reallyduring our stay and there were no logs inside the house for the fire ,although host did say we could help ourselvesto the ones outside ,also the gates from the road into the grounds were difficult to open and lock in the dark and in the rain .
