The place is simple and comfortable. The outside really needs some work, but I’ve prioritized work on the living spaces inside to make your stay more comfortable. So please be willing to overlook the outside appearance. AC’s stored for the winter. Forced hot air heat on first floor. Space heaters in bedrooms upstairs. There is a first floor bedroom separated by thick black curtains, (NO DOORS). And 2 upstairs bedrooms (with doors). Note that water for drinking and cooking comes from the bubbler in the kitchen. Some people don’t like the taste of the well water. Note, depending on the date of your stay, the light on the primary entrance isn’t working. While everything is safe, the electrician has me on his list for late September to replace many lighting fixtures throughout. Note; security cameras are in use at the property around access points. More info elsewhere in the listing. You may unplug them. Please plug them back in when you leave.
