Amazing stay, amazing host !
Stay was good
We had a really great experience recently when we stayed at Tim Tim's cottage, Bir, HP for a week. The host, Alakhnanda, was gracious and very polite. She attended to all our queries patiently and ensured that we enjoyed all the amenities during our stay. The cottage where we stayed is beautifully built, neat and clean and centrally located. The weather is fantastic and the people very friendly. Kudos to Tim Tim's cottage and Alakhnanda. Definitely looking forward to visiting this place again. Highly recommended
It was a great stay at the cottage. The owners were really helpful and they arranged everything required. They also have a really nice caffe right next to it. Would love to come and stay here again sometime. 😄
Its a nice cozy place to stay...however this place needs a fan in summers and utensils. I find it costly when it comes to what is the asking price for stay in return what we getting. However, no disturbance from owner and we were provided what we needed but it was much of hassle. Location is nice..place is serine.

Located on the main road to billing, our is a large and open property. One side is surrounded by the tea gardens of Bir. The grocery store, basic amenities, and local food store are all at a walking distance of 3-4 mins. The local hospital is 1km away. the paragliding office is just a 20mtr. from the property. Immediate neighbors are only two. However, the sound does not reach there fast, we do not recommend very loud sound post 10 pm.
Our property is easily accessible by any means of commute. 400mtr from bus stand, you can easily walk till here. If you come by your car, you can park on the premises parking itself. However, commuting in the nearby areas can easily be done by car, you can also rent electric cycles or scooters for fun. you can visit the Bangoru waterfall, Sherabling and chokling monasteries, the landing site, and beautiful cafes as well.
