Maritza's condo has absolutely brilliant views, bird songs fill the air, and bunnies frolic in the courtyard surrounding the pool. It's a perfect slice of heaven. Highly recommended.

This was so nice! Maritza is amazing and would respond so fast to any questions or help resolve any requests. It was so quite and peaceful. The place has everything you need for a monthly stay. I love that it’s got 2 fridges to keep food in. Also, the building has laundry there so you can wash your clothes or towels. It takes CC too so you don’t need quarters. The village itself is so beautiful! To go on walks. There is a little grocery store in the village that has essentials. Pool and hot tub are great! 😍This felt like a little paradise in the desert. Oh Fridays there is also a little farmers market by the lake. Parking is easy in the garage. Don’t pay attention to marked parking spaces. That’s when the place used to be a hotel. Park anywhere in the lot. Thank you Maritza! This was amazing! Best rest I’ve gotten in a while 😍. I will be back! Thank you for being so nice and welcoming!

Maritza’s Airbnb is all that you would want when wanting to stay at a clean and comfortable place to stay. When the smoke alarm battery starting to get low and chirp like they do, she had the maintenance guy come out right away to change the battery. Same with one or two other small things but the response was excellent. The unit was very clean when we arrived, and that’s very important to us. It’s such a beautiful and calm setting, you could take nice walks around the plaza in the lake. And it’s such a short drive to shopping and Places to eat. We will look forward to staying there again.

Great location right by lake Las Vegas ! The place was clean and equipped with a very comfortable bed and had a nice outdoor balcony overlooking the pool.
