A perfect 10!! We enjoyed our River vacation at Sev and Carol’s place! They are excellent hosts! We enjoyed meeting them and sharing our stories of the River! The cabin was clean and spacious, had everything we needed. The outdoor space, grill, picnic table, firepit, dock, etc…. all added to the joy of River life! Perfect location for beautiful sunsets and shipwatching!! We were fortunate the weather was in our favor to get out and enjoy float time on the River!! Heard the calls of the loons, ship salutes, a ship's fog horn....I didn't want to leave!! We are already looking forward to returning next summer!! Thank you so much for our great River vacation!!

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. It very suitable for a long weekend getaway and very peaceful. The bed was comfortable and so were the linens. Everything was clean upon arrival. We enjoyed walking down to the boat dock and watching the river activity. It is a very peaceful place to be. Alexandra Bay town is only a 6 to 7 minute drive away. The Blues festival was on while we were there, so it was nice to be away from loudness but also stay so close enough to go and visit for a while. We enjoyed our cruise to Singer Island and Boldt Island on the Uncle Sam Patch- boat tour company.

We enjoyed our stsy at your place and finally in the early am we got to see a freighter pass by! We also appreciated your suggestions. One of which was walking over the TI bridge!
