This condo was everything that the host described. Chinchen was great with communication from the very beginning. The best part was that when we asked for a second parking spot, he was able to get us one...this is very key to staying in the city. The condo was spotless when we got there. Everyone in our party had their own rooms and nobody complained about beds. The beds were comfortable. He provides coffee pods for the Kuerig, which was very nice and plenty of toilet paper and paper towels which were also appreciated. The only minor criticism is the location. There are a good number of people living on the streets in this area and I would not advise people walk alone at night. Walking in a group was fine for us and we were able to walk to dinner a few nights and to the waterfront. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. it's a very comfortable and well maintained place. Thank you.

Great location and a nice apartment, with a really cool view of the stadium/rink area and some nice views into downtown Van and Gastown. Very accessible/proximate to groceries, restaurants and a lot of tourism sites. Also very close to expo line train access, and Pacific Central.

First day was great. Easy to find, easy to get in. Second day, comfy, clean, close by. Third day, lovely, comfy, the view is great. Overall, it is a wonderful spot and if you stay here, you are definitely not going to have any issues
