Glenn was our host and he was great. He took the kids in the ATV to see the cows. He was also very friendly and accommodating. The property was also beautiful. That said, Valerie was nice but gave us an address that sent us to the post office. Most likely an honest mistake but we got things sorted out. It did make things a little bit difficult for our party so just be sure to get the proper address when booking!

Amazing stay! Peaceful, private, and stunning views surround you. We came for a visit to the Great Sand Dunes and had more fun exploring the ranch. The co-host (Glenn) gave us a property tour and ensured we had everything we needed for this unforgettable trip.

My family and I did a night of camping on this beautiful ranch and loved every moment of it. Our girls (2yo and 4yo) explored the trees for treasure and threw rocks into the river for hours. Glenn and Valerie are great hosts and will make sure you are taken care of. I highly recommend this property to anyone interested in getting away from town. Off the beaten path, private, and stunningly beautiful. Camping on the Alamosa River on a private ranch. The hosts are amazing and take very good care of you. Sweet dogs roaming the property, and the host (Glenn) invited us up for barbecue brisket and a cocktail. It was simply heaven. They provided all the firewood we needed as well. We will most definitely be back
