First with the good. Overall the location was quite convenient and the place was decently clean. We did notice the sofa bed bedding was a bit dirty but upon contacting the owner it was fixed in 5 hours. The place does need some major maintenance work as it felt quite run down: - Lot of lightbulbs were out on the 2nd floor so it was quite dark - Bathroom fan, toilet seat, toilet paper holder, door lock were all broken - Dryer doesn't have a door so it's not usable Could be a space issue but I don't like that the washer dryer are just sitting in the bathroom with all the plumbing exposed. It just didn't meet our expectation for a bathroom. I think the place would be more fitting for a group of young adults that's just in MTL to party and don't care too much on the living conditions but I wouldn't recommend it for families or any visitors that have a higher living standard.
