The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds, and there's a full-size pull out sofa bed in the living room. There's always extra sheets and blankets in the closets. There's a spacious second full sized bathroom with a tub over the shower. We can accommodate a large group if you have your own RV! This cabin has an RV hookup for an extra small fee when renting the home. Otherwise, the house can sleep six. Need to staycation during your stay? We're ready with a desk and chair set up in the master bedroom when you just have to work! Let us know ahead so the chair can be set up. There's a large glass sliding door facing the natural landscape, so you don't have to miss out just until you can take a break! This vacation rental has an area to charge your electrical vehicle. If your Tesla needs an electric charge, there are Tesla Charging Stations at Pioneer Market in downtown Mariposa, just a hop and skip away! After a day of shopping, you can give your feet a rest and stop off at 1850 Restaurant and Brewery for great brews and food set in a rustic and festive setting. Mariposa is home to the iconic Happy Burger, which has the best burgers and shakes around! Taste delicious BBQ at the Grove House where you can enjoy a game of Cornhole while listening to live music. Charles Street Dinner House or Fredricks of Savourys is a great place to dine for an extra special occasion. That's just a few of the tasty food places available in Historical Downtown Mariposa! A few things to please note: 1. If available, late check-out is allowed up to 3:00 pm for an extra fee of $100. Otherwise, if you're running a few minutes late packing up, please text or message to inform me. 2. If you leave items at the cabin, we will be happy to send them back, but we will require you to email a prepaid shipping label for UPS or Fed Ex. Also, there is a Ring doorbell that records the front door area. 3. If the water pressure drops, there is a water pump located near the front of the house. Press the button off, wait about 15 seconds, and push the button back on. That should take care of the issue. If it doesn't, please call or text.
