Despina is a marvelous host! She made sure that there was enough communication so that we felt "looked after" without being "hovered over." We were always informed of upgrade and maintenance activities/repairs that might take place nearby so as not to be surprised; and we always felt that sufficient concern and consideration was given to our activities and privacy throughout our two-month stay. A terrific host makes for a terrific vacation.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The location was superb, making it easy to explore the area. My family had the best time at Despina‘s beautiful home! Not only did she provide everything and surprised us with little welcome gifts (popcorn, jam, butter, coffee, etc), she was extremely helpful throughout our whole stay! Everything was super clean and we felt right at home. Comfy beds and this dream location is all you need for a vacation in Newport Beach. We crossed the street and were right at the beach! Newport fun zone was also just a short walk away. Despina communicated with us and ensured we had everything we need. I once mentioned we would like a bigger pot to cook for more people and the next day she came by and brought it! The house is also perfectly equipped for small kids. Games, high chair, crib, etc. is available. We will definitely come again!
