Very spacious apartment! Our large group had more than enough room. Enjoyed the entire place and facilities. Nice views from the Lounge and Bedrooms. So close to Pacific Fair which has all your shopping needs. Lovely cafes just across the road. Tram station pretty much right outside the apartment. We normally stay in Surfers but LOVED being in Broadbeach. Will definitely be staying again!

The best part about the stay was the location. I have been living in surfers the previous times. But having been experienced broadbeach calmness and peace, i’d rather come back here for my holidays

I booked this apartment to have a small gathering of friends and family before heading out into Surfers Paradise. The location was excellent with only a short walk to everything. I notified the host that we would be having a small gathering of around 10-12 people from 4-8pm and they confirmed that it was fine and it was a great apartment to use as a base, as long as we were mindful of the house rules. The noise restrictions in the house rules are from 10pm-8am, and we made sure to leave the apartment at 8pm sharp to respect these regulations. Unfortunately, we were confronted by the host at our door, at 6pm notifying us that there was a noise complaint made. Shortly, after we received another phone call with a warning to evict us. It was disappointing and put a dampener on our evening as it was only 6pm on a Saturday night. I feel this noise complaint should’ve been handled differently, informing the neighbours that we weren’t breaching the rules & we’d be leaving at 8pm.
