The house and location are beautiful. The property management company was frustrating. The first night we were locked out because the garage keypad stopped working, and the only way of entering we had been given was through the garage via the keypad. I called Vacasa and told them we saw a lockbox in front of the door and asked if they had the code so we could get the key in the lockbox. They told me there was no lockbox. I told them I was looking at it. They said they would contact their local team and put me on hold. I was on hold for about ten minutes and then got disconnected. I received a text shortly thereafter with the code to the lockbox and we got inside. The next day I called about late checkout. Vacasa told me I would receive an email if it was available. I asked if they could see if late checkout was available and they said no, but that I would just receive an email. I asked when the email would be sent and they didn't know. They then sent the email to the wrong person

Our Thanksgiving in this rental was beautiful, wonderful, and memorable! What a gorgeous and comfortable place, with the most picturesque views imaginable. Highly recommend!!

Overall--we had a good experience. We did have a problem of having the host send the entrance door key code to our cell phone.Pretty nerve wracking to arrive there without ever having received the door key code --and then quite a lot of time to get someone on the line so we could get in.

Beautiful house, nicely furnished. Views are breathtaking. Quiet neighborhood. Basic equipment in the kitchen. Could have a bit better selection of pots and pans/frying pans. If you are coming with a bigger group and plan to cook/meal prep, might be problematic. Decks are gorgeous, but were not prepared for our stay. They were dusty, looked like nobody was taking care of outdoor areas after winter. Fire pit was missing gas so we couldn’t enjoy all the listed amenities. Bathrooms were ok, in general house was clean but far away from spotless. There was dust on the baseboards and spiderwebs in the closet. Dishwasher was a disaster. There was a soapy residue on the bottom and it was left loaded. Clearly was not taken care of after previous guests left. We had a great time vacationing in Mosier. We loved the location and would love to visit again.
