We visited for spring break. The house was perfect for our group of four. We really loved the kitchen with its huge island, remodeled bathrooms, and outdoor seating area where we could watch movies in the evening. We hope to come back again!

We enjoyed the house, well equipped and spacious. We loved fishing off the dock and caught some nice fish. Also enjoyed walking to Fisherman’s Village and Ponce Deleon Park. Loved the pool but it had an issue the 2nd week we were there and the company was slow to fix but Devan provided a partial refund without asking. Overall really enjoyed our stay, Punta Gorda is really beautiful!

Absolutely beautiful place! Devan’s communication was great and before we got there gave us all the information we needed. The house was spotless clean when arriving and very nice overall. Very accommodating. The bed in the master BR the was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Highly recommend! The house is roomy and clean. We cooked a large breakfast and found anything and everything we could need in the kitchen. The outdoor space has ample seating, and we spent most of our time by the pool. Devan is a great host and we would definitely stay here again.

We love the Punta Gorda area and this will be our third year. Devan’s house was perfect- beautiful home and a prime location. Everything that we love was so close. Beautiful sunrises on the lanai and awesome sunsets at the small beach right down the road! This was by far our favorite place yet and it was really hard to leave!
