Overall very clean, very new/modern, very private, good value for money, and host is responsive. We requested a baby cot and the host provided a very nice new cot of a good brand. Nb - if you book you will receive PDF instructions via Whtspp (which I unfortunately didn't notice). Location is a bit hard to find - if using Ggl maps type 'Via Giovanni da Verrazzano'. Drive straight under the bridge and take the second ramp on your left. Or enter these coordinates for the exact location 39.298673,8.561481. Once you arrive the self check-in is easy A few minor things: - Pool was not in a usable state when we were there - Instead of a kettle there is a DolceGusto machine (since we went there with a baby a kettle is more convenient but we managed) - I think a microwave oven would also help - There was a brand new fridge that was turning on but wasn't getting cold even though i tried different settings - There were a lot of mosquitoes (Sardegna in general but also in the apartment)

Compte tenu du prix, le logement est correct. Mais comme il est en sous-sol, il y a peu de lumière et les fenêtres sont difficiles, voire impossible à ouvrir pour aérer. L'ouverture du portail est très difficile pour les personnes de petite taille (je fais 1m58). Sinon c'est très propre et confortable.

appartamento praticamente come nuovo, pulito, fornito di quello che serve per un breve soggiorno. Posto tranquillo e riservato. Al nostro prossimo soggiorno prenotiamo ancora! Grazie a Simone per la cortese e puntuale professionalità
