We had an excellent time while we were up for February vacation. Our family skied at King Pines, which was local. You could come home for lunch or a break if you needed to. Everything was perfect in the house and clean. We felt right at home! The pellet stove was tricky to get started, but Lisa was responsive. We still had a hard time getting it started, but we always did. The Wi-Fi was not working at first which made for a tough time, but Lisa was again responsive and helping us to fix it and it was working in no time. The only recommendation I would give to renters is to bring your own healthcare/beauty products, as well as all condiments needed if you are cooking because , there are not any for use, even for laundry, you would need to bring your own detergent, etc. Otherwise we had a great time and would recommend this to anybody! This was the perfect place to get away with the kids! Everything was immaculate and just as described. A short ride to King Pine for tubing and skiing for the kids, as well as into North Conway for shopping for the adults.

This cozy private lake house was perfect for my family and our snowcation! We loved all the things to do at the house as well as the surrounding White Mountains. Exactly as described and the hosts were very helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was great and we had a great time spending NYE there. Relatively close to Cranmore and other ski areas like Wildcat and Attitash. We explored the North Conway area which has great shops and restaurants. The hosts have all sorts of board games available at the house and the wood pellet fireplace was awesome. The outdoor hot tub was a great time too. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. There is a binder full of stuff to do around the area. The only note we had was that there was no shower gel or dish soap provided so we had to shower with hand soap the first night 😆.
