This bright lakefront cottage has a vast waterfront and two decks giving you a front-row seat to some beautiful sunrises and sunsets across seasons. With space and trees between each of the homes in the neighborhood, you'll feel like the lake is your own. Plus, a unique outdoor area - complete with a propane firepit, picnic table, and an umbrella to help you escape the sun. This cottage is just the place to enjoy a glass of wine and relax with the song of the loons or sightings of the Eagle fishing in the bay. The fall season is tranquil and beautiful on Leavitt Bay, fantastic for fishing, kayaking, and stargazing. The Ossipee area is close to apple orchards, farms, fairs, and tasting rooms. Bring your bikes and hiking shoes and explore nearby country roads and trails. There are many good fishing spots on Ossipee Lake and other nearby ponds. When folks inevitably grow hungry, numerous local favorites are within 15 miles of the cottage! During the summer, you will enjoy swimming, boating, and fishing on the bay, as well as a slip on an expansive dock where you can secure your boat. Two kayaks are provided. Grill your fresh catch on the private gas grill as the sun goes down, and let the non-fishers of the group prepare sides in the well-equipped kitchen. Wind down after your hearty meal by lounging on the new sleeper sofa and watching your favorite shows on the TV while the partial air-conditioning keeps you cool. <b>Things to Know</b> Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The dock will be available May 15-September 30. Air-conditioning is available throughout the entire house from window and floor units. This property is managed by Vacasa New Hampshire LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. <br/>Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. <br/>Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home.
