Pros: easy check-in, access to immediate text communication, unit clean and the bed was very comfortable, quiet Cons: *Information was sent to too many places like email and text (confusing), and descriptions of the unit need to be more clear like "this is an apartment building with lots of residents and you'll be surrounded with residents" (need more warning of this) and more warnings to customers to NOT drive any further East (especially at night); otherwise, it's a very shady part of town- not safe. *Parking was terrible (had to compete to get a spot nearby or had to park far, far away from the unit) *Dripping shower faucet or AC pipe (?)-AC pipe (near shower was dripping a yellowish-brown mess down shower *The unit is old (needs to inform in the ad) and had loose boards around the shower, shower faucet & handles old * had lots of roach traps around all rooms * patio chairs are not comfortable at all * coffee is not good tasting * kitchen drawers were stuck and hard to open. * the pool wasn't very clean - had lots of leaves and milky water substances in different areas of the pool.
