Local exatamente como as fotos, perto de tudo e comunicação rápida com o anfitrião! Super recomendo! As vagas na rua em frente ao prédio são úteis, deixamos o carro lá e foi ok!
Adorámos: - Localização excelente: a menos de 5 minutos a pé da praia de Ipanema! Zona tranquila, rua segura e com muitas opções de restaurantes, supermercados e lojas. Metrô na esquina e também boa distância de Uber para os pontos turísticos. - A casa foi feita com gosto e os espaços (apesar de pequenina) estão muito bem aproveitados. Confortável e bonita! - Flexibilidade do check-in com opção de reserva (a pagamento) de meia diária. Foi excelente porque chegamos às 6 da manhã. Outros: - O espaço estava limpo mas alguns itens precisam de ser substituídos (lençóis por ex.) - Metade do apartamento dá para um saguão/pátio interior o que acaba por ter sempre barulho dos outros apartamentos. - Sabíamos - e concordámos ao reservar o apartamento - em pagar a eletricidade no check-out. Considerando o preço do apartamento acho que não faz sentido cobrar este extra, mesmo que tenha sido pouco.

Ein paar Pluspunkte: - Top-Lage - Einwandfreie Waschmaschine inkl Waschmittel - überwachter Eingangsbereich - voll ausgestattete Wohnung & Küche mit modernen, funktionstüchtigen Geräten - kurze Antwortzeit auf Nachrichten Ein paar Kritikpunkte: - es handelt sich um einen gewerblichen Vermieter. Die Kommunikation ist entsprechend standardisiert und unpersönlich. Auf meine mehrfachen Fragen nach Tipps/Empfehlungen in der Umgebung wurden nicht eingegangen. - die vereinbarte Checkout-Zeit wurde nicht eingehalten, jedoch flexibel darauf reagiert. - dass man den Stromverbrauch nicht ins Pricing einkalkuliert, verstehe ich persönlich nicht Wer ein paar Tage in einer gut ausgestatteten und zentral gelegenen Wohnung in Rio verbringen möchte, dem kann ich diese Unterkunft empfehlen.

Posto 9 (as the area around lifesaving station number 9 is called) is the busiest, come together people from all tribes at specific points – the LGBTQIA+ public is in front of Rua Farme de Amoedo, the golden youth beat point at the height of Joana Angélica and the modern ones are divided between Vinícius de Moraes and Maria Quitéria streets. The boardwalk, kiosks and bike path are busy all day long. Opposite the beach is the Cagarras archipelago, accessible by boat trips departing from Marina da Glória.
Easy access to the entire city whether by bus, taxis, Uber and subway very close to Nossa Senhora da Paz station.

He speaks English, French, Spanish, German, his native Portuguese and a little bit of mandarin, and has travelled to over 50 countries - dealing with many different cultures, people and markets - where he has given marketing and sales lectures, presentations, all the while developing his own sales strategies. Leonardo lived in Switzerland working in the fashion industry, and upon returning to Brazil he worked for Brazil's top multinational jeweler in a sales capacity, 2 years of which was managing its international store about the Queen Mary 2 luxury cruise ship. Leonardo and Archanjo are the best friends for the last twenty three years. Archanjo was Advertisement/Marketing Execute Manager and Teacher of the biggest private University in Brazil. He taught several disciplines such as Creation, Art Direction, Experimental Projects Orientation, Graphic Computing, Strategy Plans, Sales, CRM, Customers Behavior, etc. He speaks English, Spanish, French and Italian. His career was developed since a trainee to the High Administration of the University. They did decide to join in the segment of rentals like partners. Both of them are graduated in Publicity and Media, MBA in Marketing and Executive Management experience. 'We don't sale a simple stay. We provide excellent experiences.'
