Great place to stay

The house is spacious, clean, well organized with lots of signs making everything easy to find. Our family loved the game room and screen porch which were unexpected features. The neighborhood was quiet and great for morning walks with great restaurants and grocery store close by. We felt this home was an exceptional value and would definitely book again when we are in the area.

James was easy to communicate with. He answered our questions quickly and satisfactorily. The home was well labeled with a lot of extras such as extra toilet paper, towels, kitchen items, etc. etc. Even had a welcome basket with some goodies.

The stay was great, James is a great host and communicated just the right amount. The pictures of the place don't don't give you the full sense of just how large the space is. Very clean and inviting, we felt right at home. The location was super convenient for most of the vacation stuff we wanted to do, seemed liked nothing was more than a 40 minute drive. Our family had a great stay and would definitely book with James again in the future if we are ever back in the area.

I never met James, but he is the best host we have ever had. We never had to contact him once during our stay. This home is stocked with every essential necessary thing you could ask for! He thought of everything which made our stay a pleasure. Thanks James.
