Bernard was very accommodating and quick to respond. The house was exactly as shown and made for a great stay. Instructions on how to check in/get in were very clear.

Overall it was great the only complaint I have is the laundry. It did not wash the clothes very well and the dryer took 3 trys to fully dry on small loads. Other than that it was clean, very organized. Super easy to drive up and get settled in quickly. The added security was a great touch since I was traveling alone with three kids and it was close to everything in downtown without having to sit on the highway to long. I would totally book again!
