The suite itself was fine. It was exactly as it described. The issue is with the Stanford. The building requires maintenance. Several things were broken and the restaurant is an Indian restaurant with good food but they’ve added tapestries and fabric dividers that do not match the vibe or design of the beautiful architecture of the building. The fire place isn’t working, nor are several games in the games area. It is also located on the mezzanine overlooking the restaurant. In the pool change room, the stall was out of toilet paper, the soap dispenser fell off the wall and was out of soap. Then I went to use the shower and it wouldn’t turn on. The next one I tried did work though. The floors are old and were not very clean. The hot tub was ok but not very hot. The fitness centre had an eliptical with a broken side. The continental breakfast was pretty standard. They didn’t have any non-dairy milk for two of my family members so all they could eat was gluten free toast and boiled eggs

Great value for the location and amenities. We looked forward to (and enjoyed) the hot tub, but loved the water slide. I would return on a future trip to Fernie!

We had a lovely stay here. It was perfect. Great staff. The hotel is beautiful. It's majestic. The rooms had everything we needed, are just as described, and the beds and pillows are so very comfy. Great wifi. We had no issues, our stay was excellent. The amenities were perfect, the hot tub is a must, and the game tables and waterslide kept the kids endlessly entertained. Great breakfast options. Easy location right off the highway. Lastly, the view is perfection, makes it hard to leave!
