The apartment is really cozy and modern, the possibility to have a private garage was a really good plus. Nicolas was always helpful.

Bien qu'un peu éloigné du Centre de Zadar, l'appartement est plutôt bien situé, et répondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Pour notre part, nous nous rendions dans le Centre à pieds, balade facile et plutôt agréable sommes toutes. Il est très fonctionnel, plutôt spatieux, avec un équipement complet et fonctionnel. Toutes les commodités attendues sont à proximité. Nicolas est un hôte très réactif, voire pro-actif, et de très bon conseil. Seul regret : nous n'avons pas pu le rencontrer ! On conseille !

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und hat eine super Lage. Mit dem Bis vom Flughafen super zu erreichen!

We had a very pleasant stay at Nicolas‘ apartment. It looked exactly like on the photos and there are three supermarktes nearby. It took us 20/25 minutes by foot to get to the city centre which was totally fine.

Thank you, Nicolas, for the great service. The apartment was great for the short period that we stayed with the safe underground parking and the 20mins walking distance to the historical center of Zadar. The flat was very clean and we had everything we needed for the period that we stayed. Highly recommend him and his place. 😊🙌
