Hello, I am Lucija. I work as a nurse and live with my husband and 2 kids in Villa ready to give you the best assistance. Our new Villa on the coastline with 5 private apartments has everything: HotTub; heated pool (25-30C water temperature); 150m beach; outdoor kitchen with BBQzone; RelaxZone with sunbeds,umbrellas&swing, 5min shop&restaurant, 15min airport, 20min city center. You don’t need a car! Sea apartment is for 4 people: airy&comfortable, brand new furniture, safe parking, wifi Welcome in luxury, private & serviced Sea Apartment. It is ideal for 4 people. Apartment is serviced, which means that we will clean it and change your bedlinen and towels on your request. We will also help with anything you need. Sea Apartment is located in brand new Villa La Marea built in 2022 with 4 other apartments. Villa has the best possible position right on the sea coastline 150m from beaches and magnificent sea promenade. My name is Lucija and together with my husband Marek will be your hosts ready to give you the best possible assistance. We speak: English, Croatian, Czech, Slovak. Our Villa has everything you need for comfort holiday. Spacious outdoor relax zone for all 5 apartments includes: hot tub, heated pool with salt water and waves for swimming or massage (25-30 C water temperature all year), sun-beds, sun umbrellas, comfortable relax swing, outdoor shower and great outdoor kitchen: big grill (BBQ), sink, closet with coal and grill utensils, dishes and outdoor dinning zone with long table and roof making shade. On the premises of the Villa you have your own parking slot under security cameras. Sea apartment has airy bedroom with big wardrobe and air conditioning unit. It has modern bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink and place for cosmetics. In the kitchen/living room there is smart TV with premium cable programs in English, German, Italian and Czech. Kitchen&living room has brand new equipment: fridge, microwave, induction stove, oven and more. It has also flexible comfortable sofa (sitting for 4 people, sleeping for 2 people).

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Lucija et Marek. Nous avons eu des instructions avant d'arriver, avons été très bien accueillis. L'appartement était assez petit mais fonctionnel, agréable. Cuisine avec tout ce qu il faut. Piscine et jacuzzi agréable ! Centre ville accessible via le front de mer en 30 min environ. Très content de notre séjour.

While the apartment was decent for the amount paid, we felt a bit disappointed due to the overmarketed listing page which made it sound better than it is. The apartment was a bit smaller in size than expected after looking at the photos, however, it was well-equipped and we liked the bathroom. Some amenities were missing or not of the expected quality. But as I said - the main disappointment was probably due to the overselling done on the listing page as the stay did not match the words. If the apartment was properly represented as a mid-grade apartment Airbnb rather than a luxury listing, and we had booked as per that, we would be very happy.

Lucija and her husband really made our week in Zadar perfect. Super friendly and always around If you needed something or Quick answer on the phone When we had questions. The house is fantastic and our flat was perfect for me and my wife and doughter. The pool is great and clean and Nice . The outside kitchen was great for our bbq and it is really quiet. Just a few minutes away from the house you have a small square were there is a small market were you Can find What you need and also a few minutes from the house the beautiful beach walk. Lucija and her family was so Nice and polite and super friendly . I highly recomend this place, We Will come back for sure. Thanks so much for a great week Lucija and family.

In few minutes from Villa La Marea you can walk to: beaches 3 min, nearest shop Bakmaz 5 min, bakery 5 min, beach caffe bar 5 min, restaurants 7 min, caffe bar with homemade ice cream 9 min, main bus station 10 min. When you go by car, it is 4 min to Interspar shopping center, 5 min to pharmacy, 5 min to ferry port, 5 min to shopping center City Galeria with marketplace and fishmarket, 7 min to big market place in old town, 7 minutes to big fishmarket in old town, 9 min to biggest shopping center Supernova, 15 min to airport. Zadar is in the center of Dalmacia so you can have a great trip by boat or by car to national parks, fun parks, islands, lakes, lagoons and other towns like ŠIbenik, Split, Dubrovnik and many more.

When you get outside of Villa La Marea in 3 min. you can walk to beautiful sea promenade for relaxing walk or jogging, running and exercise. Promenade has restaurant, caffe bars, ice creams and beaches all along the way. When you turn left, you will come to breathtaking sea views from romantic benches, natural beaches with big rocs, which are ideal for private relax and snorkeling. At the end of promenade there is Caffe bar Tequila sunrise with marvelous view from high rocks.
In 3 min. from Villa La Marea you can walk directly to natural Karma beach with little rocks close to sand and pines making shades. On the beach is also located famous roman fountain – Fontana dell’ Imperatore. On the same beach is Porthos caffe&bar, where you are sitting on the sea level with marvelous sunset view. Porthos has its own safe playground for kids so you don’t have to worry. Walk 7 more minutes in the right direction and you come to Kolovare city beach with aquapark for children, pedalinas, sunbeds, umbrellas, coctail bars, kids playground, sandy volleyball playground, diving board and sea pool. When you keep walking further you will come directly to old town center, it takes 20 min walking from villa.
